Blow Molding

A process that uses air pressure to create hollow plastic parts. These products are used in packaging of consumer goods and in automotive under the hood applications.

Injection Molding

Molten plastic is injected into a cavity to form products commonly used in consumer goods and automotive applications.

Films

Films are made from molten polymer being passed through a flat die or blown through an annular die to make a bubble. Films are commonly used in flexible packaging, industrial protective packaging and agricultural applications.

Pipe

The formation of pipe requires molten polymer to be pushed through a die with application specific dimensions. Pipes find use in many industries including mining, infrastructure/construction and agriculture.

Rotational Molding

Hollow parts like water tanks & kayaks can be made through biaxial rotation of polymer powder in a heated mold. Polymer powder sinters against the mold wall to make intricate & large parts.

Sheet Extrusion

Molten plastic is sent through a flat die to make sheets that can be used in thermoforming, signage and geomembrane applications.
