Overview
Ingenia’s innovative INCIRCLE® products enhance processing of polyolefin and multi-material recyclate. While the use of recyclate in a product often results in a decline of properties, INCIRCLE® additive solutions effectively tackle these shortcomings by boosting properties and improving product consistency. Such performance benefits support our customers efforts to incorporate ever higher levels of recyclate content in their products.

Products for Recyclers
Ingenia’s INCIRCLE products for recyclers work to protect resin from yellowing and gel formation due to multiple extrusion cycles. We also offer odor absorber and masker masterbatches, moisture absorber masterbatch and rheology modifying masterbatches.
Products for Converters
Our INCIRCLE® products for converters are designed to allow for increased recycled resin content, assisting in recovering more internal scrap and supporting the downgauging of films while maintaining target properties.
Compatibilizer
Film structures can be complex and use several polymers to achieve performance attributes such as barrier performance, puncture resistance, tear resistance, printability and sealability. Polyolefin layers are often combined in multi-material structures with layers of polyamide and/or EVOH to make high performance multilayer films.

The use of polar (e.g. polyamides and/or EVOH) and non-polar polymers (e.g. PP or PE) creates challenges at the end of the films’ service life. Ingenia offers compatibilizers for recycling of multi-layer multi-material packaging These compatibilizers improve miscibility between polymers to produce a high quality recyclate.
Ingenia’s compatibilizer can be added during the extrusion of recycled resins or added proactively to a multi-material product such that the product is designed to be recycled at the end of its service life. This is often referred to as D4R – Design for Recycling.
