Products
Ingenia manufactures innovative product solutions that support our customers goals for sustainable product development. Our eco-conscious product brands utilize sustainably sourced and renewable materials. Additionally, we offer advanced solutions for enhancing the performance of PCR/PIR and its use in packaging applications.
INCIRCLE® products are designed to reinforce the circular economy for plastics by improving the processability and quality of recycled resins, as well as enabling higher levels of recycle content in your products. INCIRCLE® products include: compatibilizers, recyclate stabilizers, rheology modifiers, and additives for moisture/odor control.

Ingenia applies sustainable initiatives recognizing the importance of conserving resources and following environmentally-friendly waste management solutions.
Air
Our company implements advanced dust collection systems to prevent emissions to the environment, alongside behaviour-based safety and environmental programs to minimize air pollution while running and cleaning equipment. These practices ensure air quality while working with powdered materials that can become airborne during typical processing conditions.
Water
Our company is committed to minimizing water usage during operations. To achieve this, we employ efficient cooling towers specifically designed to reduce water consumption, alongside zero-leak and closed-loop processes for water conveyance. We also avoid using water for equipment cleaning and implement shutdown and changeover procedures that conserve water. Additionally, we utilize detention ponds and promote responsible habits and behaviors among our staff to ensure sustainable water management outside of our facilities.
Energy
All of Ingenia’s plants are equipped with various energy saving programs and controls. These programs consist of local demand and control programs, as well as energy efficient control logic in equipment design. We install energy efficient fluorescent and electronic ballast lighting, added skylights for natural lighting and use occupancy and motion activated sensors. Lastly, fully automated lines reduce energy usage. These energy saving practices have enabled us to provide high quality products with minimized energy usage in well maintained facilities.
Waste Management
Ingenia has developed a management system and control mechanisms to reduce all types of solid waste regardless of hazardous classifications and quantity. These wastes consist of employee service items as well as raw materials packaging and captured dust. Our company’s monitoring and continuous improvement efforts helped us to reduce operational waste by nearly 20%.

Working With Customers
Our plants are strategically located close to major resin producers throughout the world. With our global presence, we have the ability to offer products in re-usable and recyclable plastic containers, which minimize the impact of fiber drums or plastic supersack packaging wastes. Additionally, we are also maximizing packaging dimensions and logistics to reduce the waste that occurs during shipping and minimize the pollution from transportation.
